Meet the engineers behind Four Elements

ANISHA PRASAD

Principal Engineer

 The firm’s Principal, Anisha Prasad, has over 15 years of experience leading Public Works projects as a Stormwater and Development Services engineer for municipalities and consulting firms in the Pacific Northwest.  She has a deep understanding of the DOE and King County surface water design manual, having used standards and details routinely on numerous design projects and planning studies.

CHUCK LINDERS

Senior Consultant & Partner

Chuck Linders’s experience includes engineering for wastewater and drainage systems. He has been a project manager and technical lead on a wide range of studies and designs, large and small, including projects such as Sound Transit’s University Link light rail extension and Regional inflow infiltration reduction programs, while at AECOM.
